Trainee Land Surveyor

This Trainee Land Surveyor role is focused on sOCOTEC’s Monitoring and Surveying teams deliver market-leading monitoring, surveying and data collection services across the UK. It would suit someone who can bring safe working habits, organisation, and practical judgement to the role.

What the work leans on

Supporting Senior Surveyors in producing accurate site plans and CAD drawings. Assisting with topographical surveys using Total Stations, GPS equipment, and other surveying instruments.

• SOCOTEC’s Monitoring and Surveying teams deliver market-leading monitoring, surveying and data collection services across the UK.
• Learning to interpret Ordnance Survey maps and technical drawings to assist in survey delivery.

Technical requirements

• A full UK driving licence (travel across the North/Yorkshire area required).
