Trainee Lettings Negotiator focuses on as an experienced property manager you will provide property management and tenancy support services to the branch, landlords and tenants.

What the role involves

• As an experienced Property Manager you will provide property management and tenancy support services to the branch, landlords and tenants.
• Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff.
• Provide expert advice to branch and customers particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation.
• Ensure that they have the correct qualifications.
• Maintaining central register of contractors.
• Overseeing customer service ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner.
