Trainee Occupational Health Technician
Trainee Occupational Health Technician focuses on assisting in undertaking a range of service items e.g., driver's medicals, well person medicals, lung function tests, fitness tests and any other service that may be required.
What the role involves
- Assisting in undertaking a range of service items e.g., Driver's medicals, Well Person medicals, lung function tests, fitness tests and any other service that may be required.
- Ensure the delivery of the highest possible standards of quality assured, evidence-based practice.
- Work unsupervised at times both in the department and at other premises, delivering high standard OH services to clients allocated to their care.
- Be responsible for cleaning and stock checking clinical areas as per protocols and checklists.
Skills and requirements
- The successful applicant must hold a valid driving licence and be able to drive a 3.5-tonne van in accordance with Optima Health's policies, procedures, and insurance requirements.
- Sports and Exercise Science or a similar field.
- Must be happy to travel and stay away if required (expenses paid for).
- 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays.
Confirmed role details
- 37,5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
