What the role involves
- Sending emails and correspondence to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintaining and organising project documentation and evidence.
- Scheduling operative diaries and appointments.
- Updating project trackers and administrative records.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly.
Skills and requirements
- Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable).
- GCSE-level education or equivalent.
- Previous administration or office experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages.
Confirmed role details
- £25,000 (reviewed throughout the training programme).
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (1-hour lunch).
