- Building your own client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and pitching.
- Sourcing high-level candidates and managing the full recruitment process.
- Becoming a market expert in your chosen niche.
- Owning your digital presence – LinkedIn, personal brand, marketing.
- Closing deals, hitting targets, and earning commission from day one.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant HR, recruitment, people advisory, administration, ATS, or employee-relations experience may be useful.
Confirmed role details
- £25,000 - £26,250.
- Year 1 OTE: £30k–£45k+.
- Year 3+: 70k–£100k+.
- Direct mentorship from top billers and sales leaders — no gatekeeping.
