• Building your own client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and pitching.
• Sourcing high-level candidates and managing the full recruitment process.
• Becoming a market expert in your chosen niche.
• Owning your digital presence – LinkedIn, personal brand, marketing.
• Closing deals, hitting targets, and earning commission from day one.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant HR, recruitment, people advisory, administration, ATS, or employee-relations experience may be useful.

Confirmed role details

• £25,000 - £26,250.
• Year 1 OTE: £30k–£45k+.
• Year 3+: 70k–£100k+.
• Direct mentorship from top billers and sales leaders — no gatekeeping.
