Our client is a franchised car dealership, looking to recruit a Junior Service Advisor to join their team. Meet and greet customers, qualify and identify customer’s needs for at vehicle drop-off.

Managing all service telephone and Walk-in enquires. Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customer. Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

  • Background of Reception work/Call Centre/Customer Facing preferably.

What needs to be in place

  • MUST have current experience as a car dealership Service Advisor, within a franchised main dealership.
