Skills and requirements

  • A degree awarded by a UK higher education provider or recognised equivalent qualification at 2:2 level or above.
  • Grade C/4 or above in English, Maths, and Science.
  • Demonstrate you hold the right to work and study in the UK and have been a resident in the UK/EEA for the last three years.
  • Stage 2 of the applications process is that you will need to complete a DfE application form to train to teach and pass all criteria of the Initial Teacher Training provider.

Confirmed role details

  • Be based 4 days a week at St Paul’s Primary School during term time and have 1 day a week of centre-based training and professional networking at our training provider hub based in.
  • Gain valuable skills and knowledge through training sessions provided by IFT.
  • Gain a teaching qualification (QTS).
  • Support, observations and feedback from an experienced teacher.
