Trainee Workshop Technician

Engineering work involved

Repair and servicing of electronic devices, including bar code readers, PPS (point of sale) devices, as well as monitors and computers, and chip and pin (payment) devices. Managing spare parts usage using our IT database system. Testing units to meet with quality control procedures.

Technical skills and requirements

• Broadly understood knowledge in the field of electronics, the basics of building computers and electronic devices.
• Electrotechnics and experience in electronics repairs and maintenance.
