Trainee Youth Worker focuses on support to children within residential or independent living setting with the intention of creating an environment that caters for a young person’s intellectual, spiritual, social.

What the role involves

• Support to children within residential or independent living setting with the intention of creating an environment that caters for a young person’s intellectual, spiritual, social.
• In this role you will be part of a team to support the children throughout the day with basic tasks as supporting with meal preparation, education and shopping.

Skills and requirements

• A driving license is advantages for this position as you will often be asked to drive the unit car and take the young person (s) to destinations such as family contacts, school and.
• Complete an enhanced DBS with Fulbridge Social Care and successfully complete one of our induction programmes prior to any placements being offered unless you are on the new nation.

Confirmed role details

• Individuals who are looking to work full-time and part-time hours within a zero hour contract with the focus of progressing to full-time contracts.
• 11pm – 8am (Waking Night).
