£500 Recommend a friend scheme. Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) or equivalent.
How the role works day to day
Actively support and encourage the continuous development of learners’ English, maths, and digital skills. Ensure all learners have access to pastoral support, including ensuring a good understanding of Safeguarding, Prevent, Radicalisation, Equality, Diversity and Fundamental British v. Plan assessment opportunities and regular review meetings with learners and their employer to set.
Practical details

What needs to be in place
- Minimum Level 3/4/5 qualification in a community/care/social work-related field dependent on qualification and level being delivered.
