What you would be doing

Work with people at every stage of their career, from new hires to managers. supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. Able to support learners with patience and structure.

What you need

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
• Relevant experience of using clear communication including evidence of delivering training groups and creating corresponding communications and training materials.
• Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.

Practical information

• Be based on-site at one of our operational facilities, delivering in-person and online training to the team across a variety of shift patterns.
• Know how to constructively deliver feedback that helps learners grow and develop.
• Review and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associates.
• Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience.
