Skills and requirements

• Training and Compliance Manager focuses on dvla cat c licence (min.
• DVLA Cat C Licence (min. 3 years) and in‑date Driver CPC.
• Ideally LGV instructional/assessor experience.
• Willingness to travel regionally (and occasionally nationally), including overnight stays.

Candidate fit

• Build strong and positive relationship with key stakeholders to ensure full participation and attendance to all training course to raise the safety standards within SUEZ R&R.

Additional role context

• Any 5 from 6 (Mon–Sat), with up to 12 Saturdays per year. (This is a contractual requirement of the role).
• Involves travel across the Central and South East (Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Ruislip, Bracknell).
