Where the work sits

This position will work on-site 5 days a week in Basingstoke. At CGI, we are driving innovation across Space, Defence and Intelligence, delivering secure, high-impact solutions that strengthen national capability.

How the role works day to day

Create & Deliver engaging eLearning using Lectora. Analysing & Translate user requirements into effective training solutions. Design & Develop multi-format training materials including CBT, guides, and classroom content.

What needs to be in place

• You should have experience creating training materials (eLearning, guides, classroom content).
• Experience with DSAT (JSP) and/or agile methodologies.
• Bring experience in designing and developing training content across multiple formats, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging learning materials.
