• Support the Integrated Training Design Service.

Skills and requirements

• Communicate, demonstrate best practice within the business, customers and the wider team.
• Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation model (ADDIE model) and Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
• Knowledge and practical experience of UK Ministry pf Defence procedures and policies.
