Training Lead Officer

This Training Lead Officer opportunity with Schools Financial Services as we refresh is built around leading the delivery of finance training for schools, academy trusts, headteachers, governors and internal team members. It would suit someone who can bring confident using IT systems and digital training methods to the role.

This role sits within The Education People, part of Commercial Services Group. Deputise for the Finance Operations Manager when necessary.

What you would be doing

Leading the delivery of finance training for schools, academy trusts, headteachers, governors and internal team members. Coordinating and deliver a programme of finance training forums and ad hoc sessions. Develop and improve training content using a range of delivery methods.

Confident using IT systems and digital training methods.
