What the role involves

• Our Deals team provide a wide variety of services that deliver value-led advice and outcomes.
• Develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, as well as develop team members.
• We help to deliver successful transaction outcomes through our data-driven insights and commercial acumen.

Skills and requirements

• Good working knowledge of transaction services.
• Life Sciences & Healthcare experience is preferred/would be an advantage.
• Previous experience of managing teams.
• Self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team, but can also work autonomously.
