Transactional Mailing Account Manager
Job description
As a Account Manager, the work centres on managing, coordinate and work collaboratively with the Account Management team to support and advise the client. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.
Where the work sits
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for supporting transactional mailing campaigns for a portfolio of Clients. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, outgoing individual, able to deal with client pressure and short timelines.
How the role works day to day
Managing, coordinate and work collaboratively with the Account Management team to support and advise the client. Develop and maintain a rapport with key client stakeholders while applying a commercial and added value approach. Identify opportunities for added value, process improvement and/or efficiencies.
What needs to be in place
- Excellent communicator, ensuring strong Client relationships are created and maintained.
- Have excellent administration and organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.
- On a less serious note, a good sense of humour and ability to be a fantastic team player.
