  • Track and Trace TRANSCON inbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Managing timely deliveries based on shipment requirements.
  • Supporting the transition of new business/updates to existing business.
  • Maintaining awareness of market competitive costs.
  • Supporting the audit of local service provider invoices.

Skills and requirements

  • Execute a superior customer service experience.
  • 6 months to 1-year related experience.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven verbal and written skills.
  • Detailed oriented with ability to manage multiple job functions with minimal supervision.
