• To manage and shape solutions to complex transformation & commissioning projects related to youth homelessness and housing.

Confirmed role details

• Remote working offered, would prefer 1 day a week in the office.

Additional role context

• Responsible for ensuring optimal value for money in supported youth housing as well as bringing subject matter expertise on the current best practice and new models of delivery.
• Work closely with commissioners & transformation colleagues across a broader programme aimed at reducing homelessness in Bristol.
• Will require the successful candidate to work alongside internal and external stakeholders in housing, finance, change management, procurement and social care.
