• Supervise/ mangage Drivers & direct reports within a transport operation.
• Compliance and transport regulations in line with customer KPIs.
• People management including absence, discipliners and ensuring all employees comply with the DHL code of conduct.
• Helping maintain a positive workplace culture, recognizing excellence.
• Supporting direct reports and helping drive engagement culture with are site teams.
• Transport health and safety compliance essential.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant licence, warehouse, driving, stock, or operations experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• Permanent (Full-Time).
• Butterfly shifts 6am until 6pm.
• Drive success throughout our transport network.
