What the role involves

  • Together, we support a wide range of complex and high‑profile transport projects, helping shape sustainable and resilient transport networks.
  • Spans the full modelling lifecycle, from data analysis and model development through to reporting, visualisation and client engagement.
  • This role is well suited to someone looking to further develop their strategic modelling skills, broaden their technical toolkit and grow their career within a supportive and colla.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting and technical note writing, with high standards of presentation.

Skills and requirements

  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and geographies, with opportunities to support projects elsewhere in the UK and internationally as required.
  • Experience in transport modelling, across highways, public transport and/or multimodal models.
  • Proven experience using either VISUM, SATURN, CUBE or MATSim, including model development, calibration and validation.
