As a Transport Team Manager, the work centres on managing the fleet on a day-to-day basis, supporting the wider management team and driving continuous improvement across all areas of the operation. What you would be doing

Oversee the fleet on a day-to-day basis, supporting the wider management team and driving continuous improvement across all areas of the operation. Managing labour usage within the transport team, ensuring tasks are covered efficiently and cost-effectively. Delivering all items to agreed customer specifications, minimising wastage and maintaining quality standards.
