What the role involves

  • Provide targeted emotional and behavioural support to vulnerable pupils.
  • Use trauma-informed strategies to support regulation and wellbeing.
  • Build trusting, consistent relationships with students.
  • Supporting pupils in accessing learning and managing classroom expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN teams, and external agencies.
  • Contribute to individual support plans and behaviour strategies.
