What the role involves
- Provide targeted emotional and behavioural support to vulnerable pupils.
- Use trauma-informed strategies to support regulation and wellbeing.
- Build trusting, consistent relationships with students.
- Supporting pupils in accessing learning and managing classroom expectations.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN teams, and external agencies.
- Contribute to individual support plans and behaviour strategies.
Confirmed role details
- £95-£120 Per day (Depending on experience).
- Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time.
