Trauma Informed Practitioner focuses on provide targeted emotional and behavioural support to vulnerable pupils.

What the role involves

• Provide targeted emotional and behavioural support to vulnerable pupils.
• Use trauma-informed strategies to support regulation and wellbeing.
• Build trusting, consistent relationships with students.
• Supporting pupils in accessing learning and managing classroom expectations.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN teams, and external agencies.
• Contribute to individual support plans and behaviour strategies.

Confirmed role details

• £95-£120 Per day (Depending on experience).
• Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time.
• Support vulnerable learners by helping them feel safe, regulated, and ready to engage with education!

• As a Trauma Informed Practitioner, you will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals to support pupils with complex emotional and behavioural ne.
