How support shows up

Leading with audacity. To be an expert in Fragrance, makeup and skincare, able to present and apply products to inspire and gain new clients. To develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty, introducing the DIOR “My Exclusive Loyalty Programme” reward scheme to all clients.

What needs to be in place

• Provide a luxury standard of service and experience to customers.
• KPI - to deliver expertise in a Clients Experience (CX) & NPS feedback scores.
• Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required.
