- Generate and convert new-to-bank opportunities through campaigns, networking, events and proactive outreach.
- Client Acquisition: Meet prospective clients, understand their treasury needs and onboard them successfully.
- Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including account setup and KYC requirements.
- Relationship Management: Own the client relationship during the first year, transitioning into a broader relationship role over time.
