Treatment Coordinator and Front of House Lead focuses on work alongside our specialist tco to ensure all patients receive a seamless, world-class experience.

What the role involves

• Work alongside our Specialist TCO to ensure all patients receive a seamless, world-class experience.
• Discuss and arrange patient finance options and track routine treatment uptake.
• Take a leading role on the reception desk, ensuring a warm, premium welcome for all patients.
• Overseeing the appointment book, maximize scheduling efficiency.
• Handle patient enquiries via phone and email.
• Leading by example to ensure seamless communication between the front desk and the clinical team.

Skills and requirements

• Valid GDC Registration as a Dental Nurse (required for ad-hoc cover).
• Previous experience in a dental reception, front-of-house, or TCO environment.
• Strong IT skills (experience with dental software SOE/Exact).
• Outstanding multitasking skills—comfortable leading the front desk with the flexibility to step into surgery when necessary.
