What the role involves

• Delivering 1:1 tuition in pupils’ homes or school environments.
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs.
• Supporting core subjects, primarily English and Maths.
• Provide feedback where required.
• Follow safeguarding procedures at all times.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 2 years teaching or tutoring experience (school-based, tuition, or equivalent education setting).
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• QTS, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification (not essential).
• Experience delivering 1:1 or small-group tuition.
