• Are you passionate about making a real difference in a young person’s life?
• We are seeking dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Tutors to support students in the Harwich area who are currently disengaged from mainstream education for a variety of reasons.
• Support their academic and personal development in a tailored, flexible way.
• This rewarding role involves working closely with pupils on an individual basis, helping to rebuild confidence, re-engage them with learning.

Additional role context

• Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition sessions in a supportive and engaging manner.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Support students with a range of needs, including SEND and those who are disengaged from education.
