Represent the company as a Subject Matter Expert on Mechanical Building Services. Develop a client relationship management strategy. Provide management, motivation, inspiration and technical leadership for the Building Services team engaged on projects.

Reporting directly into our UK Practice Director and Professional Head of Discipline and have influence over the 900+Engineers and Architects in our UK Building Design practice.

What the role depends on

• Degree, or equivalent qualification, in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering and Chartered with a relevant institution.
• Significant experience in the concepts/theories/detailed design/practicalities of Mechanical Building Services design and compliance requirements.
• Extensive project experience, necessitating high levels of technical competence with a strong focus and track record of the delivery of designs and processes.
