Where the technical work sits
- Overseeing delivery of core FM services including maintenance, cleaning, security, waste and catering.
- Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and performance data, driving corrective actions and service improvements.
- Supporting operational plans, contract reviews, audits and site meetings, ensuring actions are tracked to completion.
Technical requirements
- Ability to analyse performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years.
- In some circumstances, a minimum of 3 years’ residence in the UK over the last 5 years may be accepted, with additional overseas checks.

Practical details
- Half day every Friday, usually finishing around 13:00.
