Market Access & Global Pricing Strategy Lead focuses on develop and implement pricing and reimbursement strategies to support product launches and lifecycle management.

What the role involves

  • Develop and implement pricing and reimbursement strategies to support product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality pricing submissions and reimbursement dossiers to the relevant authorities and HTA bodies.
  • Manage national HTA submissions, including day-to-day project management and coordination.
  • Supporting pricing strategy development, including value demonstration and budget impact considerations.
  • Monitoring and interpret changes in the UK pricing and reimbursement landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government, NHS, payer and policy stakeholders at national and regional levels.

Skills and requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the CRO or Pharmaceutical market access within the UK, ideally focused on secondary care.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare system, including NHS structures, integrated care systems (ICSs) and devolved nation pathways.
  • Proven track record of securing pricing and reimbursement for pharmaceutical products in the UK.
  • Experience preparing or supporting HTA submissions and reimbursement dossiers.

  • UK Market Access & Global Pricing Strategy Lead - London/Basildon -Based - (Hybrid role: 3 days office, 2 days home per week).
  • Ensure all market access activities are conducted in line with Pharmanovia policies, UK legislation and industry compliance standards.
