Proactively test the app to surface bugs, friction points, and UX gaps—then relay actionable insights and optimization ideas to the engineering team. Influence product positioning by bringing deep local knowledge and user empathy to help shape messaging, feature prioritization, and market fit. Supporting account-by-account logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards.
