UK&IE Layer Lead

UK&IE Layer Lead focuses on coordinating the layer range to ensure its promotion, growth of sales and profitability.

What the role involves

• Coordinating the layer range to ensure its promotion, growth of sales and profitability.
• Create and implement the layer marketing plan with defined KPIs.
• Analyse Ceva’s and competitors market penetration.
• Responsible for the segmentation of customers (eg layer companies and prescribing vets).
• Identify and target major Rearing and Layer companies, with their vets, to grow Ceva’s layer product sales.
• Managing 1 to 3 local Key Layer Accounts (eg EWG and major layer customers) to build sustainable relationships with Key Customers and the decision-making stakeholders within each acc.
