• Leading the development and execution of commercially driven underwriting and claims strategies to enhance profitability.
• Support growth objectives in the UK life reinsurance market.
• Build effective client relationships by deeply understanding their needs and challenges, delivering tailored solutions that secure successful tenders and retain business.
• Leverage data, market intelligence, and commercial insights to identify and capitalise on market opportunities, optimising risk selection, pricing, and claims management.
• Collaborate closely with sales, actuarial, and product teams to design and promote competitive reinsurance solutions that effectively balance risk and reward.

Skills and requirements

• ACII or Equivalent Degree level.
• Experience with research projects and reporting on and monitoring market changes.
• Previous involvement in product development projects or other cross department projects.
