Deliverable 1 is looking for a UNICEF: Consultancy: Evaluation Advisory Board Consultant, with the role focused on attend an estimated 12 meetings alongside EOF personnel to present EOF’s evaluation approach and provide technical input. Deliverable 2:Provide feedback in the form of written comments on an estimated 12 technical documents.4 by 13.07.20264 by 13.07.20274 by 13.07.2028.
How the role works day to day
Attend an estimated 12 meetings alongside EOF personnel to present EOF’s evaluation approach and provide technical input. Provide technical guidance to EOF on an estimate 15 evaluation documents and join at least 4 strategic workshops with EOF’s team to provide technical input on EOF’s approach to eva. The Consultant shall review and provide timely, constructive feedback on technical documents produced by evaluation partners or internal teams.
Practical details
- Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
What needs to be in place
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the design, implementation, or oversight of impact evaluations, preferably in low- and middle-income countries and within the develo.
- Demonstrated experience working with policymakers, government stakeholders, or donor agencies to support evidence-informed decision-making.
- Experience with innovative finance, particularly the design and implementation of outcomes-based financing instruments, is strongly preferred.
