Main responsibilities
Identify and implement creative, impactful and cost-effective ideas for reaching university students and making an impact on campuses across the globe. Represent DRW on campus, ensuring that we are constantly marketing opportunities in a robust and effective manner. Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute the appropriate interviewing, offer generating and closing strategies.

Requirements
- Supporting in the design and execution of the internship program, ensuring a best-in-class experience that drives conversion to full-time roles.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a technology-driven industry.
- Have a strong initiative and sense of urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
