What the role involves

• Supporting classroom teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Assisting with the planning and preparation of engaging learning activities.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who may need additional help.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
