UPS Engineer
Project Manager focuses on lead in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
What the role involves
- Lead in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform consulting services at customer sites as well as over the phone.
- Work with customers, contractors, service partners, other members of the team, Sales Partners, Tech Support, and Manager to resolve escalated problems.
- Document all required information for each site visit performed.
- Managing installation projects as well as unit replacement when necessary.
- Properly document, label, and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of Schneider Electric equipment to the designated disposal/repair location.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
Confirmed role details
- Repair activities on a variety of different UPS solutions.
- The main departments you will be working with are: Service coordination, Technical support, Project manager and account teams etc.
- Manage Onsite activities.
- Supervise installation contractors to ensure best practice.
