We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Urgent Care team as an Urgent Care Coordinator, working shifts in a 24/7 rota, including weekday overnights and weekends.
Ranges from being a responsive contact point in the Single Point of Access (SPA) to shift coordination for the SPA and the Out of Hours Urgent Care service.
Ensure the best possible care is delivered to patients and service users.
