- Managing a portfolio of US clients: managing all aspects of the tax compliance and wider relationship management.
- Develop and implement tax strategies for clients with cross-border interests between the US and UK.
- Reviewing US tax returns.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive tax advice and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting Partners and Directors in providing market-leading advice to US connected clients in the UK.
- Manage workload distribution to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Skills and requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing and coaching staff members.
- In-depth knowledge of US and UK tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Resolve complex tax issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify.
