  • Also be expected to coordinate multiple engagement teams’ schedules and deadlines.

Skills and requirements

  • US CPA license, Enrolled Agent license, or in the process of pursuing such qualification.
  • Knowledge of partnership and international tax concepts and related tax laws.
  • Experience with analysing US federal tax issues applicable to partnerships, and other flow-through entities applicable to asset management clients.
  • Extensive experience in preparing and reviewing partnership tax returns and Schedules K-1/3.

Candidate fit

  • Understanding of and experience with reviewing partnership allocations, carry waterfall, equalization, etc.
  • Experience advising clients on the US tax impact of various fund structures, as well as US tax elections.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
