  • Driving consistency and scalability through design systems, reusable patterns, and strong product thinking.
  • Help raise the standard of design through feedback, critique, and collaboration with others in the team.

Skills and requirements

  • We all enjoy a great degree of freedom in structuring our work, provided we are in the office everyday and ultimately get the job done.
  • Significant experience in product design, UX design, or a similar role, preferably in complex digital products.
  • A portfolio showing strong design craft, clear thinking and meaningful impact on product outcomes.
  • Strong ability to turn user needs, business goals and technical constraints into clear product decisions.
