What the role involves

  • Conduct competitor and lateral research to guide design decisions.
  • Supporting on discovery and workshop sessions and preparing materials.
  • Analysing and learn from data and user research to inform design choices.
  • Create wireframes and sitemaps websites.
  • Design UI interfaces, which push visual creativity and follow a best practice approach.
  • Maintain basic design documentation, style guides.

Skills and requirements

  • 1- 3 years agency experience.
  • A genuine passion for experience design and the impact it has on users.
  • Working within a team and building a network with people and building their network, whether inside the firm or in the wider UX/UI community.
  • A creative, strong portfolio showing how you supported research, idea development, execution and iteration.
