VAT Compliance Analyst
VAT Compliance Analyst focuses on supporting internal and external audits, liaise with colleagues across tax and the wider business and participate in business projects on behalf of indirect tax.
What the role involves
- Supporting internal and external audits, liaise with colleagues across tax and the wider business and participate in business projects on behalf of indirect tax.
- Also be expected to identify process improvement opportunities for existing processes and controls.
- As part of the International Indirect Tax Compliance team, the Tax Analyst will be required to.
- Analysing and submit EMEA ITX returns and related filings.
- Assisting with ITX registrations across various jurisdictions.
- Assisting with ITX compliance queries from Amazon businesses.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level.
- Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department.
- Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field specifically within Indirect Tax Compliance and Audit experience in EMEA region.
