Vehicle Coordinator focuses on coordinating vehicle transport and ensuring showroom or deliver ready condition.

What the role involves

• Coordinating vehicle transport and ensuring showroom or deliver ready condition.
• Overseeing delivery timelines, ensuring necessary documentation is processed with 3rd parties (e.g. transporters).
• Supporting the sales team by locating, staging or moving vehicles for test drives, customer appointments or deliveries.
• Ensuring sold vehicles are priorities for preparation and delivery.
• Maintain the vehicle display and parking of the Centre.
• Handling vehicle transfers between group Centres.

Skills and requirements

• Be aged over 21 and held a full UK Driving Licence for at least 2 years (for insurance purposes).
• Good IT skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel to an intermediate level.
• Experience of working in a large franchised automotive dealership.

Confirmed role details

• Basic Salary of £29,945 per annum depending on experience.
• 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm.
• 33 days holiday per, including bank holidays.
• Preferential rates on several products and services, including high street brands, restaurants, gyms and Porsche products.
