Vehicle Distribution Co-ordinator focuses on issue documentation to drivers regarding load allocation.

What the role involves

• Issue documentation to drivers regarding load allocation.
• Ensure vehicles leaving site are accurately recorded on the electronic system.
• Dealing with queries raised relating to volume and allocation to delivery companies.
• Liaise with appointed carriers on allocation of vehicles.
• Monitor load allocation throughout the day.
• Monitoring “late vehicles” throughout the day to ensure lead times are adhered to.

Confirmed role details

• Type: Permanent Annualised.
• 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.15am-4.00pm.

Additional role context

• This is predominantly an office-based position, however during busy times there may be occasions that you are required to support in the yard, locating and moving vehicles.
