This Vehicle Mechanic opportunity is built around as a Vehicle Mechanic, you’ll be part of a skilled and dedicated team maintaining and repairing the vehicles that support our armed forces and emergency services. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

What the work leans on

NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance. Reservists in the armed forces receive 10-days special paid leave.

Where the technical work sits

  • As a Vehicle Mechanic, you’ll be part of a skilled and dedicated team maintaining and repairing the vehicles that support our armed forces and emergency services.
  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.

Technical requirements

  • Compensation: Up to £32, - Dependent on Experience + Benefits.
  • Preferred: Experience with military vehicles or specialist equipment.
  • Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics, inspection, and repair.
