In this role you will work with a small team of operations specialists to manage vehicle service, repair & maintenance cases, liaise with manufacturers and dealers, and ensure case. Managing complex vehicle complaints, escalations, and cases. Track, coordinate, and report on cases while identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Practical details

• £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Pension + Private Healthcare + 28 days Holiday + Hybrid Working.
