The Role & Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshooting and complex fault-finding using modern systems.
• Specialist Repairs: Maintenance on premium, performance, and everyday vehicles.
• Servicing & MOTs: Delivering routine maintenance to exacting quality standards.
• Customer Interaction: Explaining faults and repair options clearly to loyal clients.
• Teamwork: Supporting a close-knit team during an exciting period of growth.

About You

• Qualified: NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair.
• Experienced: Ability to hit the ground running in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Skillset: Strong diagnostic ability (Mercedes experience is a major advantage).
• Mindset: High attention to detail and a proactive, professional attitude.
• License: Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
