Vehicle Technician focuses on repair work efficiently and to high standards.
What the role involves
- Repair work efficiently and to high standards.
- Complete repair orders, service check sheets, battery test reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
- Ensure all chargeable labour and workshop consumables are accurately recorded.
- Work collaboratively within a skilled team to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City & Guilds or BTEC) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:30 - 12:30.
- Up to £36,000 Basic (Senior Tech) + Bonus.
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays & your birthday off.
- Employee car scheme (subject to availability & scheme rules).
